Pure Vents first blog – DO NOT READ!!!
Hello and welcome if you clicked through to our first article… As part of our engagement efforts online we decided that we would try to offer some extra value for our customers and potential future customers through a weekly blog. We thought this would be a very informal approach to showing you what kinds of jobs we work on, the type of equipment we use and all the way to tips and tricks for keeping your equipment running as smoothly as possible. Obviously we are always at the end of the phone for support so no need to worry from that point of view….
Our clients always come first…
It has been over 2 years since install took place in Gourmet Food Parlour in DunLaoghaire. Since opening, the restaurant has built a reputation as one of DunLaoghaires’s finest establishments, serving only the highest quality freshly prepared foods. With a view at today’s demanding food service environment, we believe that through the delivery of innovative solutions in the space of air extraction and filtration backed with passion to serve our clients that we can continue to deliver outstanding results that are tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
This particular install presented huge challenges at the time as we were dealing with a system that had to be capable of working in both a high density residential and commercial zone.
From a ducting point of view we had no access to any of the roof service shafts meaning our only option was to put a low level discharge point in at the rear of the premises. Far from ideal when high rise apartments are in such close proximity.
The solution that we consulted with our clients on was to install a system that could produce virtually no odors out through the discharge point with a minimum length of duct run thus saving service costs massively over the lifespan of the unit.
Through challenge – solutions evolve
What we, as Pure Vent, embrace in all of our projects is that not every solution can be the same. We understand that different project objectives and client visions require a approach that delivers the right solution – and not a generic solution. At this particular example, every element of the door abatement system was customised to meet a particular specification of the build. By adopting a mindset of understanding our clients every needs and challenging those needs we are fully enabled to deliver on our objectives each and every time.
