- Supply and installation of extraction canopies, gas lines and air filtration and a new kitchen fitout
- Wall mounted stainless steel extraction canopies.
- Filtration of extract air using a Pure Vent UV-C module within both canopy’s to break down odours & made a single pass ESP
- Fire suppression system
- Ensured Dublin EHO guidelines on kitchens were followed
