Meticulous planning went into the job to coordinate the production of the canopies with Marcons on works programme to give them time to clad them and get the graphics in place and make sure the job was fully commissioned and ready to hand over to the client.

Works carried out:
- Island type and wall mounted stainless steel extraction canopies. The Island type canopy was clad and signed by Marcon fitout.
- Filtration of extract air using a Desinfinator UV-C module within both canopy’s to break down odour and smoke and also a Plymouth double pass ESP unit giving 99% grease filtration to make sure the installation met Westfield’s guidelines on kitchen extract systems.
- A Mitsubishi ceiling suspended air-conditioning unit within the back kitchen to provide comfort cooling to staff. The unit comes with a stainless steel finish for easy cleaning and has heavy grade set of filters to deal with a greasy kitchen environment.
- Installation of a gas feed rail for each cookline from the Landlords gas supply point including a gas interlock system for each canopy to make sure they meet TB 140 guidelines.
